Overview of Extensibility Inventory

We can use this app to display an overview of your extensibility items and to view associations or dependencies between various extensibility items.

The Standard view in this app displays all existing extensibility items. To easily locate a given extensibility item, you can enter its name in the search box.

By clicking on an extensibility item, you can view information about it. The following information is provided:

HEADER – The name and type of the extensibility item, the date of the last change and the person who performed it, and information about whether the extensibility item has been deleted, imported and/or exported

USES – Other extensibility items that the extensibility item in question uses, together with their name and extensibility item type, along with further extensibility items that are used by or use these extensibility items. This hierarchical display reflects indirect usage of other extensibility items by the extensibility item in question. By clicking on any extensibility item listed here, you can view its administrative information.

USED BY – Other extensibility items that the extensibility item in question is used by, together with their name and extensibility item type, along with further extensibility items that use or are used by these extensibility items. Steps to Access Extensibility Inventory App-

1. Login to fiori launchpad and open Extensibility Inventory App


2. Initial Screen of Extensibility Inventory App-

In this screen you will be able to see all the custom object , custom fields fields related information.

Select any row from the table which you want to explore in more details i have selected first item Bonus Plan.


Once we click on first row it navigates to another screen which gives us all the dependency of this custom object in form of graph charts.


Here in below graph you will be able to see SAP class, SAP Elements and Data sources relationship.


Yo can also navigate to source of application and dependency items for this item.


Custom Business Object App – This is another application which we used to create the Bonus Plan Custom business object.


We can use this app to display an overview of your extensibility items and to view associations or dependencies between various extensibility items.

And we can also find SAP class, SAP Elements and Data sources relationship for selected items.
