With the latest release this month, we get many new standard Bots for Asset Accounting in the Bot store to automate the Asset Accounting process.

Standard Bots –

Mass Asset Change Data Master (57O)

The Mass Asset Change Data Master process bot provides an option to mass update the Asset master data into S/4HANA systems. The user fills an Excel input template supported by the bot and keeps such files in a specific folder. The bot will read all input Excel files and uploads the Asset data master in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system.

Mass Asset Acquisition (Integrated) (4M9)

This bot Automates the Asset Acquisition via the Fiori App Post Acquisition (Integrated AP) – Without Purchase Order in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It takes mass asset posting data from an Excel file and processes them via the Fiori app. It collects and classifies success and error cases that occur during the process and writes the identified results back into the Excel file. The user can easily review all results after the bot has finished processing.

Mass Asset Acquisition (Non-Integrated) (4MB)

This bot Automates the Asset Acquisition via the Fiori App Post Acquisition (Non-Integrated) – With Automatic Offsetting Entry in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. It reads assets from an Excel file and processes them via the Fiori app. It collects and classifies success and error cases that occur during the process and writes the identified results back into the Excel file. The user can easily review all results after the bot has finished processing.

Mass Asset Transfer (Across Company Codes) (4MF)

This bot Automates the Asset Transfers Across Company Codes via the Fiori App Post Transfer – Across Company Codes Within the Same Country in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. The bot posts asset transfers across company codes via the Fiori app Post Transfer – Across Company Codes Within the Same Country. It collects and classifies success and error cases that occur during the process and writes the identified results back into an Excel file. This bot posts asset retirements without customer via the respective Fiori app Post Retirement (Non-Integrated) – Without Customer. It collects and classifies success and error cases that occur during the process and writes the identified results back into an Excel file. Mass Asset Retirement by Scrapping (4I6)

This bot posts asset retirements by scrapping with no revenue earned via the Fiori app Post Retirement – By Scrapping. It collects and classifies success and error cases that occur during the process and writes the results back into an Excel file.
